The right individual is responsible for diagnosing maintaining and repairing hardware and software components to ensure the smooth operations of IT systems. The IT Technician is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the network systems and IP based devices on the i-80 Gold network to ensure reliability integrity and availability for the operation. The IT Technician reports directly to the Director of IT in all aspects of the i-80 Gold user and network environment and is accountable for all aspects of first level support within that environment.
