Job Summary
We are hiring in Fairfax for a full-time IT Systems Support Analyst. In this role youll serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance needed to support internal team members addressing both hardware and software issues. The IT team also assists with system upgrades maintenance and process improvement initiatives.
Whats needed: 3-8 years of experience installing configuring and maintaining computer hardware software and network systems. Ability to patiently train new users and troubleshoot connectivity system errors and application issues. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office SQL understanding of network server and data management concepts. Familiarity with industry programs such as Autodesk BIM products Unanet and Newforma are preferred but not required.

- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology with three years experience Associates Degree with 5 years experience or High School Diploma with 8 years experience
- Relevant industry certifications preferred
- Support and deploy new hardware to end users to support lease lifecyles
- Create and maintain detailed business and technical requirements documentation
- Collaborate with architects engineers interior designers and other stakeholders to understand their technology needs and requirements
- Provide user training and support to ensure effective adoption of new business systems fostering a culture of technological proficiency within the organization
- Participate in the planning and execution of technology projects and initiatives
- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions identifying areas for improvement
- Develop improve and modernize legacy technology solutions
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
- Capable of working in a collaborative team environment to meet specific deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
- Microsoft Office Suite experience required
- PDQ Deploy/Connect/Inventory along with other software imaging solutions
