IT Systems Analyst

EASTCONNs Technology Solutions Division is looking for a multi-talented individual capable of supporting a variety of initiatives related to IT support data services and/or application development.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of system administration duties on database application and other servers including install debug maintain upgrade and general support.
• Evaluate test and deploy software and hardware.
• Proactive monitoring of servers applications and services.
• Perform regular and on-demand system backups and recoveries.
• Work closely with the IT team to provide end-user support and issue resolution for EASTCONN and for external customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging server tools and technologies.
• Research evaluate and recommend system technologies to support educational/business requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation for all processes and procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptionalability to learn new local and cloud-based system.
• Acumen for analytical thinking.
• Established experiencein multiple areas of information technology.
• A.S. degree or equivalent experience (4 years work experience in technology).

Highly Regarded Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with CHAT-GPT or other intelligent systems.
• Experience with eGAMING.
• Experience with makerspace equipmentand/or manufacuring equipment (laser cutters 3d printers machine tools CAD-CAM STL generation slicing etc.).
• Experience with MDM (JAMF).
• Experience with full stack programming (LAMP).
• Experience with any programming.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience withFilemaker Pro.
