We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our IT infrastructure team in Torrance California. This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong experience across Windows Server enterprise networking virtualization cloud infrastructure and Microsoft 365. The candidate will be responsible for designing implementing maintaining troubleshooting and supporting IT infrastructure for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure

• Design configure maintain and troubleshoot enterprise network environments.
• Create and maintain network diagrams configuration records and operational documentation.

Server & Virtualization

• Design implement maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments
• Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory Group Policy DNS DHCP and related identity services.
• Implement and maintain virtualization platforms

Azure / Microsoft 365

• Design implement maintain and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and Microsoft cloud services.
• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID including Intune and o365 environments

Technical Support Projects & Operations

• Provide hands-on technical support for enterprise customers in both Japanese and English.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support.
• Monitor systems and infrastructure to maintain high availability reliability performance and security.
• Participate in infrastructure migration upgrade deployment and implementation projects.
• Create and maintain system documentation implementation procedures configuration records and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with customers vendors cloud providers and other IT personnel for troubleshooting and project implementation.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and perform after-hours or weekend work when required for maintenance outages or critical incidents.

Skills

• Microsoft Azure hands-on experience.
• Microsoft Intune / endpoint management experience.
• Experience with hybrid on-premises and Microsoft cloud environments.
• Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site enterprise networks with Cisco Meraki FortiGate or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with SD-WAN wireless site-to-site VPN and remote-access VPN technologies.

Pay: From $38.00 per hour
