What Youll Do
- Respond to phone calls and emails to create or review service tickets.
- Troubleshoot issues related to software security hardware and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with the IT team on computer upgrades and infrastructure maintenance.
What Were Looking For
- General knowledge of desktop computing operating systems and network connectivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask insightful troubleshooting questions.
- Education degree or technical training in information technology.
