Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong IT support specialist to support a team local to the downtown Columbia SC area. This is 100% onsite position offering ample opportunities to move into a long-term team and growth opportunities.
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing end-user support with desktop and local network hardware desktop softwares and AV equipment.

The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing end-user support with desktop and local network hardware desktop softwares and AV equipment.
Duties:
- Provide end-user support diagnosingand analyzing end-user desktop equipment as well as peripheral devices. Additionally supporting desktop softwares including MS 365.
- Administer end-user accounts and support access provisioning using Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot and provide administration over MS 365.
- Provide LAN administration and support for new equipment set ups ensuring connectivity.
- Support conference and meeting rooms set-ups providing AV equipment set up and refreshes.
- Update inventory logs and identify needed assets to complete on-going work efforts.
- Document work efforts in ticketing system escalating issues as needed and building knowledge base articles to support future requests.
