IT Support Specialist

Were looking for a friendly and dependable IT Support Specialist to join our this role youll help employees troubleshoot everyday technical issues and make sure they have the tools and access they need to do their jobs.

What youll be doing:

• Provide technical support by phone email and chat.
• Help troubleshoot computer software internet VPN printer and email issues.
• Set up and maintain computers applications and user accounts.
• Assist employees with password resets and system access.
• Keep track of support requests and document how issues were resolved.
• Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate IT team.
• Help with software updates security requirements and other IT projects.
• Provide friendly and professional support to employees.

What were looking for:

• Previous experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows Microsoft 365 networking and common business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• CompTIA A Network Microsoft or similar certifications are a plus.

This is a fully remote position but you must be physically located in the United States.
