The National Pan-Hellenic Council Incorporated (NPHC) is composed of nine international Greek-letter sororities and fraternities: Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Inc. Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. NPHC promotes interaction through forums meetings and other mediums coordinating programs and initiatives for its member organizations to support community action and organizational growth across the United States.

You will provide technical assistance and problem resolution for users across the organization maintaining smooth daily technology operations.

• Dedication to 40 hours per week of dedicated support availability

• Experience in troubleshooting hardware software and network issues

• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills

During your first month under a standard probation period you will have resolved routine technical support tickets familiarized yourself with internal systems and established direct communication channels with staff members needing assistance.
