IT Support Associate

Seeking an IT Support Associate for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Hebron KY.

Pay: $55K - $60K

What Youll Do

• Provide frontline technical support for hardware software network and application issues.
• Set up and manage user accounts permissions security groups and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding including account setup and equipment deployment.
• Configure deploy troubleshoot and maintain computers mobile devices printers and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook Teams SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Assist with ERP and other business-critical applications.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and software licensing records.
• Troubleshoot connectivity application and system issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Coordinate with our MSP and technology vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Assist with cybersecurity system upgrades technology projects and IT documentation.

• 2 years of professional IT support or help desk experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory and user account administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware software and basic network issues.
• Familiarity with Outlook Teams SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP DNS DHCP Wi-Fi and VPNs.
• Experience with IT ticketing/help desk systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to security and confidentiality.

Education: Associate degree in IT Computer Science or a related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
