- Provide technical support to employees by phone email remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers printers mobile devices passwords VPN connectivity Microsoft 365 applications and other business technology tools
- Document issues resolutions and support activities within the ticketing system
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate IT teams when necessary
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities including device setup account provisioning and access support
- Assist with maintaining a positive end-user experience by delivering timely professional and customer-focused support
- Participate in an on-call rotation to assist with critical after-hours IT support needs
- Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in IT support help desk desktop support or related customer support roles
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems Microsoft 365 printers mobile devices VPN connectivity and remote support tools
- Experience using ticketing systems and documenting technical issues preferred
- Strong troubleshooting communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation
- Extended periods at a desk working on a computer.
- Occasional lifting of equipment up to 25 lbs.
- Work is primarily office or remote; occasional visits to company locations as needed.
