IT SUPPORT ANALYST

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to staff for hardware software and network-related issues

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new systems and processes

- Train staff on new software and systems as needed

- Maintain accurate records of all IT assets and inventory

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding IT security and data protection

- Provide on-call support for any after-hours technical issues

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networks

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
