IT SUPPORT ANALYST
Job Summary
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all computer hardware software and network related issues within the organization. This individual will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and will play a critical role in maintaining the organizations technological infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain the organizations network and server infrastructure.
- Assist with the implementation of new technology and systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new and existing technology.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and network systems.
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of Active Directory Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
