Job Summary

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and clients. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT systems troubleshooting any issues that arise and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to staff and clients including troubleshooting hardware and software issues setting up new equipment and resolving network connectivity problems

- Monitor and maintain the integrity and security of our IT systems including servers networks and databases

- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems including conducting research testing and training staff on new software and equipment

- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures including user guides troubleshooting manuals and system configurations

- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations related to IT systems and security

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role preferably in a healthcare or similar industry

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems as well as experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications

- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting including LAN/WAN VPN and wireless networks

- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other industry standards related to IT systems and security is a plus
