IT Support Admin Pontotoc, MS

Location: Tupelo MS
Pay: $22.00$30.00 per hour depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Administrator to provide hands-on technical support to employees and assist with the companys computer systems hardware software and IT infrastructure.

• Provide onsite technical support through service desk tickets phone email and walk-ins.
• Troubleshoot hardware software workstation and network connectivity issues.
• Install configure image and maintain computers laptops tablets printers phones and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft Office and other business applications.
• Create and maintain Active Directory user and computer accounts.
• Assist with VPN accounts conference room technology and video conferencing systems.
• Support network and systems teams with equipment installation maintenance testing and onsite infrastructure projects.
• Perform network troubleshooting involving DNS DHCP VLANs and connectivity issues.
• Assist with server room and IT infrastructure maintenance.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and technical documentation.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding including account and equipment management.
• Follow IT security standards and protect confidential company information.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Systems or a related field with relevant experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows environments Active Directory networking and IT systems.
• Microsoft A Server Network or Security certifications are preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical support requests.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Pay: $22.00$30.00/hour based on experience.
