The Opportunity

Join our team as a Project Manager and lead the successful delivery of complex high-impact projects from initiation through this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive execution manage risks and deliver results that align with business objectives.

What Youll Work On

• Lead projects through the full project lifecycle from initial concept and planning to final implementation and closeout.

• Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables in alignment with business needs.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules budgets resource allocations and status reports.

• Facilitate project team meetings and provide ongoing project tracking monitoring and analysis.

• Identify risks issues and dependencies and develop effective mitigation strategies.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables for accuracy and completeness.

• Coordinate and manage vendor activities including tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.

• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team members and stakeholders.

• Recommend solutions to complex business and operational challenges and drive corrective actions when needed.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on specific technologies processes or project management methodologies as applicable.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of 4 years of project management program management or related experience.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience developing project plans schedules resource plans and status reporting.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.

• Experience managing project risks issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Engineering or a related field.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential.

• Experience managing complex enterprise-wide projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid).

• Experience collaborating with external vendors and third-party partners.

• Knowledge of technology implementations systems integrations or business transformation initiatives.

• Ability to serve as a subject matter expert within a specialized technical or functional area.

• Strong organizational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
