IT Software Procurement Analyst SaaS/Licensing/Vendor Contracts
Location: Phoenix AZ - Hybrid (34 weeks onsite training then 4 days remote)
Pay Rate: $34/hr W2
Start Date: July 6 2026
Duration: 1 year contract to hire
Deadline: June 23 2026 at 3pm
Required:
- Minimum 3 years IT software procurement experience
- IT Asset Lifecycle & Licensing SaaS PaaS IaaS models
- Strategic negotiation SLAs data sovereignty clauses renewal caps
- RFP/RFQ development for enterprise IT services
- Local Phoenix AZ only city and state must appear on resume
- No visa sponsorship must be eligible for FTE conversion
- Available for in-person interview within 1 week of June 23
Preferred:
- ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement Framework
- TCO/ROI analysis for technology investments
- Technical project management
