IT Software Intern

Summary:

Throughout the internship you will work on real business initiatives collaborate with team members and leaders develop professional skills and contribute to projects that support Cencoras purpose of creating healthier futures.

• Location: Conshohocken PA

This internship is designed for students who are curious motivated and eager to learn while making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work on technical projects with the eCommerce team.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings to discuss assigned tasks and collaborate with team.
• Deliver assigned stories/spikes and defects
• Assist with documentation and testing as assigned.
• Create basic documentation for tools scripts and process updates.
• Learn team tools and support small tasks across integration projects.
• Support ongoing projects reporting analysis or process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners.
• Participate in team meetings professional development opportunities and internship program activities.
• Present project outcomes recommendations or key learnings at the conclusion of the internship.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar major field of study.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future
• Understanding and ability to readwrite business requirements.
• Experience with a programming language such as Java or C
• Understanding of core Computer Science concepts and data structures
• Understanding of relational database design and theory
• Web development experience
• Experience/Exposure with UI JavaScript framework such as React
• Experience/Exposure with JEE development with frameworks such as Spring
• Understanding of the CICD cycles
• Understand the concept of agile methodology
• Understanding of typical use cases and benefits for typical design approaches such as client/server SOA etc.
