Position: IT Services Manager
Location: 5 days onsite in their Chicago office can be flexible to some degree office is at 125 S Wacker
Method / Duration: 3 months to start but most likely will be extended as client brings more firms onto their MSP/platform
Interview Process: first round would be virtual with CTO 2nd round will be a final round in person at their office with a few team members

Job description / Day to day:

Looking for smart IT service manager that can help manage validate and oversee the implementation - inclusive of project management but also an understanding of the endpoint and Microsoft architecture the cyber toolkit and service delivery to help make it seamless stand up our process and get us to a place where we have the process repeatable & locked down.

Notes :
This person will be doing 30% project management 30% overseeing the implementation and 40% readiness of environments and creating a repeatable process
MUST have strong exp with the Microsoft Tech stack and Services exp the first 3 firms will be a straightforward takeover of their Microsoft Tenant
Future firms that will be transitioned will not be as straightforward they are all over the place with endpoint tools IAM tools reporting and dashboards etc.
Does not need to understand or have experience with financial advisory services specifically
There will be some travel during go lives; they have firms in Hartford CT San Fran LA Chicago and NYC
Comm skills are imperative as they will be in front of high-level advisors and MSP stakeholders
Needs to be able to easily translate the technical piece and build trust with internal stakeholders
Looking for that consultant type of personality and approach
Must have experience with Multisite implementations
