Develop detailed and high level cost estimates for enterprise IT programs projects and portfolios. Create TCO Total Cost of Ownership ROI NPV and cost benefit analyses for IT initiatives. Estimate costs across Application development maintenance Cloud IaaS PaaS SaaS Infrastructure networks Licensing subscriptions Data AIML and analytics platforms Cybersecurity and compliance initiatives Build multiyear cost projections including CapEx and OpEx.
