IT Security Manager Korean Bilingual

Develop implement and maintain information security policies and standards that 
comply with local regulations as well as business requirements
Collaborate with Headquarters to develop company-specific policies regarding 
risk management and IT security as well as report security measures to HQ
Coordinate internal/external audit measures 
Conduct policy reviews to support business needs with ongoing security compliance 
Develop and execute annual security and data privacy training programs 
Provide role-based security guidance and compliance requirements for employees
including system administrators and software developers
Perform security vulnerability assessments and track remediation activities
Coordinate and respond to internal and external security audits and assessments 
Manage improvement initiatives for identified security gaps 

Qualifications :

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Information Security and/or related IT fields 

including one or more of the following: 
Cloud administration and security
Network administration
Server operations and management
Software development
IT infrastructure management
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as: 
ISO 27001
NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF)
- Professional information security certifications such as: 
CIPP/US
CISSP
CISM
CISA
- Experience securing and managing cloud environments (e.g. AWS Azure). 
- Korean / English bilingual fluency
