IT Recruiter (part-time)

Knowledge Services is currently seeking a part-time IT Recruiter for a 12-week contract in Indianapolis IN.

Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule and will need to work onsite in Downtown Indianapolis at least 1 day each week.

Work hours: 3 days each week from 8am-5pm (about 24 hours total weekly)

Pay Rate: $34-39/hr

IT Recruiter Overview:

Candidate Sourcing

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates aligned with approved job descriptions and business requirements.

Utilize professional networks job boards referrals direct outreach and other recruiting tools to build candidate pipelines.

Make reasonable efforts to source candidates from the Midwest region based on the Companys historical success in recruiting talent from these markets and the increased likelihood of candidate acceptance and relocation to Indianapolis Indiana.

Proactively maintain a qualified pipeline of candidates for all positions throughout the engagement.

Candidate Screening and Qualification

Review resumes and applications against established job requirements.

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and overall fit.

Evaluate and document:

Relevant experience and technical qualifications

Alignment with job requirements

Career goals and interest in the opportunity

Availability and anticipated start date

Compensation expectations including base salary requirements and other significant compensation considerations

Willingness and ability to relocate to Indianapolis Indiana if applicable

Prepare and provide candidate summaries and screening notes for submission to Human Resources and hiring managers.

Candidate Presentation

Present qualified and pre-screened candidates to the hiring manager and Human Resources for consideration.

Submit candidate profiles that include relevant experience key qualifications compensation expectations relocation status and overall assessment.

Ensure only candidates reasonably meeting the minimum qualifications for the role are advanced for review.

Interview Coordination

Coordinate and schedule first-round interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Communicate scheduling details and interview logistics to candidates.

Manage interview scheduling changes and candidate correspondence as necessary.

Partnership with Human Resources

Collaborate closely with Human Resources throughout the recruitment process.

Discuss and validate compensation expectations with candidates early in the process to identify potential concerns or alignment issues.

Confirm and document candidates willingness to relocate to Indianapolis Indiana when required.

Communicate relevant candidate feedback and information to Human Resources and hiring managers to support hiring decisions.

Partner with Human Resources regarding finalist candidates to ensure compensation expectations and relocation requirements have been adequately vetted.

IT Recruiter Qualifications include:

Must have at least 4-7 years of IT Recruitment experience
