Job Title: IT Project Manager Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager Program Manager to lead complex IT projects and enterprise-wide programs from initiation through successful deployment. This role serves as the key liaison between business stakeholders technical teams vendors and leadership to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

• Lead end-to-end planning execution monitoring and closure of IT projects and programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business functional and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans timelines budgets and resource allocation strategies.
• Establish project governance frameworks risk management plans and mitigation strategies.
• Track milestones deliverables dependencies and performance metrics.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across business and technical units.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings status updates and executive-level presentations.
• Identify and resolve project risks issues and resource conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards policies and project management methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including SOWs RFPs technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure financial accountability.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
• 510 years of IT project or program management experience
• Minimum 3 years supporting IT business processes
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology initiatives
