We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager Program Manager to lead complex IT projects and enterprise-wide programs from initiation through successful deployment. This role serves as the key liaison between business stakeholders technical teams vendors and leadership to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Lead end-to-end planning execution monitoring and closure of IT projects and programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business functional and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines budgets and resource allocation strategies.
- Establish project governance frameworks risk management plans and mitigation strategies.
- Track milestones deliverables dependencies and performance metrics.
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across business and technical units.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings status updates and executive-level presentations.
- Identify and resolve project risks issues and resource conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards policies and project management methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including SOWs RFPs technical specifications and implementation plans.

- 510 years of IT project or program management experience
- Minimum 3 years supporting IT business processes
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology initiatives
