Were looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise infrastructure and operations initiatives across our technology organization. Youll manage projects that strengthen our cloud environments cybersecurity posture workplace technology networking and IT operations while partnering closely with technical teams business stakeholders and executive leadership.

Lead Enterprise Technology Initiatives
Manage projects that directly improve the infrastructure supporting Vacatias growing business and customer experiences.

Own End-to-End Delivery
Take projects from planning through execution while partnering with technical experts across Infrastructure Security Cloud Networking and Operations.

Work Across Modern Technologies
Support initiatives spanning cloud platforms cybersecurity virtualization endpoint management networking AI and enterprise infrastructure.

Drive Operational Excellence
Help establish project governance improve delivery standards and build scalable processes that support future growth.

Partner Across the Business
Collaborate with IT leaders business stakeholders vendors and executive teams to successfully deliver strategic technology initiatives.

• Lead the planning execution and successful delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure and operations projects from initiation through completion
• Develop project plans timelines work breakdown structures resource plans budgets and risk management strategies
• Coordinate projects across cloud infrastructure cybersecurity endpoint management networking virtualization and enterprise technology environments
• Manage hardware refreshes operating system upgrades cloud migrations virtualization initiatives and infrastructure modernization efforts
• Lead security-focused projects including identity and access management vulnerability remediation MFA implementations compliance initiatives and infrastructure hardening
• Coordinate network infrastructure projects including SD-WAN deployments firewall upgrades wireless expansion and network optimization
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders providing proactive communication status reporting and executive updates
• Partner with vendors and managed service providers to manage deliverables timelines statements of work service levels and implementation activities
• Monitor project budgets forecasts risks and resource utilization while ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives
• Promote project management best practices governance standards change management and continuous improvement across the IT organization

• 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure operations or enterprise technology projects
• Proven success delivering multiple concurrent technology initiatives across diverse technical environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure cloud technologies cybersecurity networking endpoint management and IT operations
• Experience developing project plans managing budgets mitigating risks and driving cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency with or comparable enterprise project management platforms
• Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks change management processes and operational governance
• Exceptional communication organizational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive leadership
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity prioritize competing initiatives and deliver results in fast-paced environments

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Management Information Systems Business or a related field
• PMP CAPM or equivalent project management certification
• ITIL Foundation certification or higher
• Experience with AWS Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST CSF CIS Controls ISO 27001 SOC 2 or PCI DSS
• Background supporting enterprise networking Cisco technologies SD-WAN or hybrid cloud environments
