We are seeking experienced Senior Technical Project Managers to support a large-scale payment processing platform used by mid-sized businesses. This is a high-impact delivery-focused role where you will serve as the central leader responsible for driving multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing complex technical projects coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams business stakeholders clients and external partners to support platform implementations client onboarding and ongoing product enhancements.Responsibilities:
Lead and manage 58 concurrent projects including new client implementations and ongoing platform enhancement initiatives
Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications status reporting and stakeholder engagement
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering product management business stakeholders clients and third-party vendors
Support onboarding and implementation of new clients onto the payment processing platform
Drive delivery of new features enhancements and use cases for existing clients
Develop and maintain project plans schedules milestones and deliverables
Identify track and mitigate project risks dependencies and issues
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and technical deliverables
Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
Ensure project objectives timelines and deliverables align with overall business goals
Manage competing priorities and drive projects through completion in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Technical Project Manager leading complex technical initiatives
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong project planning execution risk management and delivery management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups
Excellent communication organizational and stakeholder management abilities
Experience translating business requirements into technical project plans and deliverables
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities and changing requirementsPreferred:
Experience within payments financial technology (FinTech) banking or credit card processing environments
Familiarity and/or Azure-based technology platforms
Previous software development technical leadership or engineering experience
Ability to interpret Statements of Work (SOWs) technical specifications and architectural documentation
Experience supporting client-facing implementations and onboarding initiatives
