2. Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to define customer master use cases
(e.g. customer identity golden record hierarchyrelationships data quality). Translate business
objectives into clear product requirements epics user stories and acceptance criteria.

Lead product strategy and delivery for a Customer MDM Reltio platform defining use cases
roadmap and APIdriven capabilities. Collaborated with business data and governance teams to
deliver highquality compliant customer data solutions ensuring adoption performance and
continuous improvement through Agile practices DevOps tools Service Now Configuration
Management Release coordination.
