Job Summary
As our IT Project Manager you will be a key contributor to the organizations transformation strategy accountable for delivering best-practice project planning engagement and adoption within your portfolio.
Every day you will define resource allocations influence sponsors manage priorities and make decisions on human technical and financial resources to implement enterprise-wide change. You will contribute to early engagement gap analysis and operational change management and project lifecycle delivery for medium to large projects.
To be successful you will drive transformation and customer experience objectives contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodology and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Ultimately responsible for technical success of product
- Decides what features are required for product and order in which they will be delivered based on outcomes desired
- Writes requirements based on definitions of product readiness / product completeness
- Defines user product criteria to satisfy through development
- Coordinates hiring and staffing of product teams
- Coordinates work between technical and business talent
- Bachelors Other in technology computer science or related field and 5 years experience in Product Management and/or Product Ownership for consumer-facing products including both web and native mobile
Preferred
- Masters Other in business hospital administration computer science or a related field and 2 years experience or degree in marketing upon hire and
- Leadership experience in a complex health care environment
