Job Title: Systems Supervisor (IBM Power I)Job Description:Supervise engineers and operations staff; provide coaching mentorship and performance leadership for day-to-day IT operations ensuring high-quality as a working supervisor combining hands-on technical expertise with team and assign workloads including incidents service requests and projects to meet SLA as primary escalation point for complex IBM Power i system installation configuration maintenance and support of IBM Power i systems availability performance and system upgrades patching and maintenance with focus on risk and security troubleshooting efforts for critical proper documentation of incidents and changes in backup strategies and disaster recovery with cross-functional IT teams and business continuous improvement through trend analysis and root cause system health team performance and risks to compliance with company policies and SOX Experience:58 years of experience supporting IBM Power i systems.5 years of staff management communication skills with technical and non-technical ability to lead prioritize and deliver operational and project providing coaching and mentorship to technical problem-solving and root cause analysis as a technical escalation point for complex system supporting Tier 1 ERP managing incident response service requests and change with ITSM processes and tools like with SOX controls and security to work independently and lead participating in on-call knowledge of tools such as Powertech Robot and Requirement:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related experience may be certifications (IBM Power i ITIL) preferred.
