We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT Manager - End User Enablement / Solutions Specialist - to oversee and optimize our organizations end user capabilities for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). This role is ideal for a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in user adoption training and IT solutions who is eager to lead innovate and ensure the reliability security and scalability of our systems.

As an IT Manager - End User Enablement / Solutions Specialist you will be focused on improving end-user productivity and adoption beyond break/fix support. Designs and implements solutions such as templates automations and collaboration patterns in Microsoft 365 SharePoint PMIS and related platforms. Runs enablement sessions office hours and targeted training for high-impact groups including project controls field engineers and CEC staff.

What Youll Do:

• Drive enduser enablement programs including training onboarding sessions and targeted adoption initiatives for key user groups.
• Design and implement productivity solutions such as templates automations workflows and collaboration patterns across Microsoft 365 SharePoint PMIS and related platforms.
• Develop and maintain userfocused documentation guides knowledge articles and bestpractice playbooks to support scalable adoption.
• Partner with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and translate them into intuitive usercentered technology solutions.
• Monitor system usage adoption trends and user feedback identifying opportunities to improve usability efficiency and digital literacy.
• Ensure reliability security and compliance of enduser solutions while supporting continuous improvement across the IT environment.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Information Systems Computer Science Business Technology or a related field.
• 510 years of experience in IT user enablement digital adoption or advanced IT solutions delivery.
• Handson experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint collaboration tools workflow automation and enterprise productivity platforms.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training enablement programs and usercentered technology solutions.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience working in complex crossfunctional environments ideally within infrastructure engineering construction or other large project settings.
