Job Summary
Join our team as an IT Intern. We are looking for motivated individuals interested in gaining experience in Information Technology developing professional skills and building business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Setup and install computer equipment (computers monitors network equipment etc.) which may involve moving computing equipment between locations/buildings
- Assist with managing technology inventory
- Assist end users with technology related requests/issues and general troubleshooting
- Assist with technical documentation
- Assist with developing code
- Assist with Project Management and general IT administration tasks
Desired Experience
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Positive attitude
- Works well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge and experience with PCs and MS Windows
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with network equipment (routers switches wireless access points etc.)
- At least one year of programming experience (can include coursework)
