Required Skills
A minimum of 3 years of experience with the following skill sets:
Business Analysis - experience translating business requirements into functional outputs
Instructional Design / Training Development Experience developing training materials (ILT VILT eLearning)
Systems Knowledge (Public Benefits or Similar) Understanding of system-based workflows
Communication & Documentation Skills Strong writing and documentation abilities
Stakeholder Collaboration - Experience working with SMEs and cross-functional teams
Technical Skills - Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Word Excel) Absorb or similar eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise preferred)
Desired Skills (Years of Experience: 2)
- Experience with SNAP and Cash Assistance programs
- Familiarity with HRA systems (SEAMS WMS POS)
- Experience with training QA processes and content validation
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Experience working in a government or public sector environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet Canva Vyond
