Job Summary

IT Implementation Analyst requires:

3-5 years of experience supporting technology implementations deployments infrastructure projects or field technology operations.
2-3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting enterprise networking environments including Cisco and/or Meraki networking equipment.
Experience supporting and managing iOS/iPad devices including deployment configuration enrollment and troubleshooting through an MDM platform (Intune Workspace ONE Jamf etc.).
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP DNS DHCP Wi-Fi VPN and basic firewall troubleshooting.
Experience working with vendors field technicians and business stakeholders during installations migrations and production support activities.
Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA Meraki ECMS CompTIA Network or Microsoft Intune certifications are preferred but not required.
Experience supporting retail store environments.
Familiarity with Meraki MX MS and MR product lines.
Experience with Airwatch Intune or other enterprise MDM platforms.
Experience with POS payment devices printers and store technology.
Basic knowledge of cloud networking and SaaS application support.
Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

Strong network troubleshooting skills including TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN Wi-Fi connectivity firewall troubleshooting anddevice-to-application communication issues.
Experience coordinating with vendors field technicians and business stakeholders during installations migrations and production support activities.
