OMCO a MacLean-Fogg Company is hiring an IT End User Support Specialist II in Phoenix this role you will resolve complex end-user technology issues deploy and maintain workstations and systems and help ensure reliable secure IT operations across the organization.

  • Location: Phoenix AZ

  • Work Arrangement: On-site

  • Schedule: Standard business hours

  • Pay: $67000-$77000/year

  • Employment Type: Full-time / Salary

  • Travel: Up to 20%

What Youll Do as an IT End User Support Specialist II
  • Resolve escalated Tier 1 support issues involving hardware software network configurations and other end-user technology.

  • Install and configure software hardware updates and security patches to keep systems secure current and functional.

  • Set up and deploy new user workstations and accounts while maintaining accurate records of configurations and updates.

  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and communication-system issues to support reliable user access.

  • Collaborate with other IT specialists to troubleshoot persistent or advanced technical issues and deliver a high standard of user support.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems workstations troubleshooting procedures and IT asset lifecycle management.

  • Provide end-user training and documentation on systems features security practices and other tools that improve productivity and user independence.

  • Maintain conference room and collaboration systems support security and compliance initiatives and follow applicable Safety Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.

What Youll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree.

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support or a related area with a focus on troubleshooting and end-user support.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware software network and workstation issues including the ability to resolve complex problems independently.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for supporting users documenting processes and collaborating with IT teams.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills including the ability to coordinate installations manage small projects and meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail in documenting processes tracking assets maintaining records and supporting compliance with IT and organizational requirements.
