Position Summary
Seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support for Windows-based environments. This role will troubleshoot hardware software Microsoft 365 and connectivity issues while delivering excellent customer service to end users.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.
• Troubleshoot hardware software printer and network issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Install configure and deploy end-user devices.
• Document and track incidents through a ticketing system.
• Assist with onboarding offboarding and equipment inventory.

Requirements

• 3 years of Desktop Support or Help Desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Preferred

• CompTIA A or related certification.
