Position summary:
Responsible for the delivery installation configuration and support of laptops across various locations. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient deployment of technology assets while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver install and configure computers.
• Prepare workstations peripherals and software for deployment.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment deployment and status.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely.
• Follow safety procedures and best practices during deployment activities.
• Communicate effectively with end users and team members.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of deployment storage areas.

• Prior experience in IT deployment hardware installation or similar role preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
