Position: IT Business Systems Analyst (M365 / SharePoint Online)
Location: CA (Onsite Local Preferred)

Requirement:
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst with strong Microsoft 365 expertise to lead M365 adoption migration and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams Power Platform Copilot and enterprise collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Microsoft 365 adoption and transformation projects
• Migrate on-prem SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online
• Drive Teams and SharePoint Online adoption across business units
• Support Power Platform development and DevOps practices
• Facilitate M365 integrations licensing and premium product requests
• Lead AI adoption initiatives including Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot
• Collaborate with Security Web ECM and Desktop Support teams
• Ensure smooth M365 operations and user support processes
