All Lines Technology is seeking a skilled and dedicated HP Hardware Break/Fix Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing repairing and maintaining HP hardware including desktops laptops printers and servers.
Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues on HP products including desktops laptops printers and servers.
- Perform break/fix repairs including component replacements and hardware upgrades.
- Conduct routine maintenance and performance optimization on HP hardware.
- Document all repairs maintenance and troubleshooting activities in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and clients.
- Proven experience as a hardware technician preferably with HP products.
- Strong knowledge of HP hardware including desktops laptops printers and servers.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
