| Job Description: | UF Information Technology (UFIT) is currently seeking seeking an entry level IT Application Developer to join the Applications Development and Integrations Team a unit within UFIT. Employment with UFIT provides an excellent opportunity to work with other employees dedicated and focused on understanding and interpreting the technological needs of the University of Floridas innovative and inspirational community. The Applications Development and Integrations team is focused on building and enhancing enterprise solutions to support critical business processesfor the University of Florida. We are looking for skilled team members whoenjoy using their creative talents to produce business solutions which address the needs of our will participate in projects to solvebusiness problems and create efficiency. You will work in a collaborative team environment participate in thefull software development life cycle and produce quality enterprise solutions. You will be required to meet withcustomers analyze requirements propose solutions create design specifications and prototypes develop and test new code and document solutions. You will perform enhancements and help maintainexisting applications. You must have excellent communication skills keep current with the latest trends inapplication development and have a history of producing quality work. Qualified candidates will have working experience with one or more programming languages as well as SQL (structured query language) and database design.

| Expected Salary: | $61000-$67000; commensurate based on education and experience. |
