Place of Performance: Work performance locations under this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) may include Government sites contractor facilities or authorized remote environments.

Security Clearance: The Government will determine the required clearance level based on sensitivity of work outlined in each Task Order.

Description:

Leads enterprise secure application development and DevSecOps automation initiatives supporting federal cybersecurity missions. Defines secure development standards architects scalable automation frameworks and oversees integration of security controls into CI/CD pipelines across cloud hybrid and on-premises environments. Ensures application-layer security controls align with NIST RMF SSDF (NIST SP 800-218) and agency-specific mandates. Provides technical authority for secure software architecture decisions validates security testing rigor and delivers executive-level reporting on application security risk posture and remediation strategy.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
• 9 years relevant experience.
• Additional relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
