교구 부목사는 성도들의 영적 돌봄 장년 제자 훈련 전도(아웃리치) 그리고 사역 리더십을 포함한 장년 사역의 핵심 영역들에서 동역하는 직분을 감당합니다. 교구 부목사는 성도들이 단순한 출석에서 소속으로 소속에서 제자의 삶으로 그리고 제자로 훈련된 삶에서 기쁜 섬김과 리더십의 자리로 나아가도록 돕기 위해 존재합니다. 교구 부목사는 담임목사 및 핵심리더십과 긴밀히 협력하여 교회 전반에 걸쳐 건강하고 따뜻한 동역을 이루며 한 영혼을 그리스도 예수의 제자로 양육하는 문화를 세워나갈 것입니다.

자격 요건

• 개혁주의 신학에 기초한 확고한 신념과 복음의 열정을 가진 분
• 동료 사역자들과 기쁨으로 협력하며 성도를 존중하는 인격적 성숙함을 갖춘 분
• 정규 신학 대학원 (.) 졸업자
• 미국 거주 및 취업에 결격 사유가 없는 분

The Parish Assistant Pastor will help lead and strengthen key areas of congregational ministry including spiritual care adult discipleship outreach and ministry leadership. This role exists to help people move from attendance to belonging from belonging to discipleship and from discipleship to joyful service and leadership. The Parish Assistant Pastor will work closely with the Senior Pastor and ministry team to cultivate a healthy welcoming disciple-making culture across the church.

• Parish Ministry / Adult Ministry Full-time Pastor

• Those with firm convictions based on Reformed theology and a passion for the Gospel.
• Those with the personal maturity to respectfully serve the congregation and joyfully cooperate with fellow staff members.
• Graduates of an accredited theological seminary (.).
• Those legally eligible to reside and work in the United States.
