Job Summary

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory of materials equipment and supplies within the warehouse. This role supports daily operations by tracking inventory movement ensuring proper documentation and maintaining organized storage areas. The position works closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure items are available accounted for and ready to support project needs.


What youll be Doing

  • Track and maintain accurate inventory levels for materials equipment and supplies.
  • Receive inspect and record incoming inventory ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations to support efficient operations.
  • Monitor inventory usage and report discrepancies shortages or damaged items.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.
  • Maintain inventory records in systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Managers and field teams to fulfill inventory requests.
  • Prepare materials and equipment for deployment to job sites.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure proper labeling tagging and tracking of assets and inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness organization and safety standards within the warehouse.
  • Follow company policies and safety regulations including OSHA standards.
  • Assist with basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
  • Support process improvements related to inventory control and warehouse efficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support operations.


What You Bring to the Table

  • 13 years of inventory warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Experience in construction restoration or a related industry is a plus.
  • Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems preferred.
