Inteldot is seeking an Inventory Plan Control Specialist III to support warehouse and inventory operations at a Life Sciences facility in Jacksonville Florida. The position will focus on inventory control material handling warehouse transactions inventory accuracy and the efficient flow of materials within the warehouse operation.
- Support daily warehouse operations including receiving storage picking staging material movement and distribution.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete inventory transactions in applicable systems.
- Perform cycle counts physical inventories inventory reconciliations and discrepancy investigations.
- Monitor inventory levels and support material availability and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure materials are properly identified labeled stored and handled according to established procedures.
- Process and document material movements within the warehouse.
- Review warehouse and inventory documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies shortages damaged materials and other warehouse-related issues.
- Follow established SOPs safety requirements and documentation practices.
- Maintain warehouse areas organized and compliant with applicable operational and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Logistics Quality and other supporting functions as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse and inventory processes.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration Operations or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations inventory control materials management logistics or supply chain.
- Experience in the Life Sciences Medical Device Pharmaceutical or other regulated industries preferred but not required.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms such as SAP is preferred.
- Experience with cycle counting inventory reconciliation receiving shipping and material handling is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Good organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville Florida.
