Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting inventory control and logistics activities within a manufacturing environment. This role helps ensure accurate inventory records timely movement of materials and efficient coordination of inbound and outbound shipments.

Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies for resolution.
• Process inventory transactions including receipts transfers adjustments and shipments.

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers customers and transportation providers.
• Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing slips.
• Track shipments and communicate status updates.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers.

Production and Warehouse Support

• Coordinate material movement between warehouse and production areas.
• Support production schedules by ensuring materials are available when needed.
• Communicate inventory and delivery issues that may impact production.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of inventory logistics warehouse or manufacturing support experience.
• ERP or inventory management system experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
