Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent plus knowledge of computer software programs
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to use a computer and to maintain records in a confidential secure manner
Ability to read and write English as it pertains to job functions
Valid Arizona Drivers license: may need a personal vehicle to travel between sites
Ability to communicate and work effectively with staff and the public
Knowledge of and adherence to all policies regulations and rules
Core Job Functions:
Analyze District Technology Department inventory data
Understand and accurately use various software for tracking reporting CTE inventory items
Access download manipulate and formulate reports for inventory
Receive barcode and track all equipment
Conducts physical inventories of equipment and assists Property Controller with site inventories for the purpose of verifying equipment stock and identifying losses.
Use a barcode scanner and software to aid in the inventory process
Take physical inventory at least twice a year
Work with designated district personnel
Complete the appropriate paperwork
Assists with disposals of surplus property and asset relocations
Inputs and updates information into the computer
Meet district project deadlines
Respond to all internal and external customers as it relates to position in a prompt efficient friendly and patient manner
Travel to sites required
Being responsible punctual and reliable
Directing constructive criticism toward improving the district
Exercising positive problem-solving behavior and conflict resolution skills
Work independently and as a team

Employee must be able to stand and walk constantly on various floor surfaces while performing various duties including but not limited to push/pull force of up to 100 pounds for various machines.
Employee must stand constantly and walk frequently lifting items of various sizes up to 50 pounds. Items over 50 pounds require a second staff member to lift safely.
Employee may rarely be required to climb ladders to perform various stocking inventory cleaning or maintenance tasks
Employees may be subject to travel fumes odors chemicals blood-borne pathogens workplace restrictions cold and/or hot temperatures and loud noises
