Location: Trumann AR

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: Day Shift. Overtime may be required during peak seasons and business needs including early starts or extended hours.

Join Land OLakes as an Inventory Control Specialist and play a key role in supporting warehouse operations for our WinField United business. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records supporting cycle count processes and providing administrative support to ensure efficient site operations.

What Youll Do

• Manage consignment inventory by partnering with supply teams and customers to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Process inventory transactions including receipts transfers customer orders and bills of lading in JDE.
• Lead and support cycle counts inventory reconciliation and accuracy initiatives.
• Work directly with on-site customer personnel to complete inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support including filing purchase order processing office supply management and project coordination.
• Follow all safety policies and contribute to a safe productive work environment.
• Support additional site needs and special projects as assigned.

What Youll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• Minimum two years of work experience required; office administration inventory or warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) and data entry systems.
• Strong attention to detail communication organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
