Job Summary

Great Southern Wood Preserving Incorporated producer of Yellawood brand pressure-treated pine has an opening for an Inventory Control Specialist. This will be a full-time position with a full benefits package and competitive pay!

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Reconciles physical inventory counts and ensures proper inventory procedures are followed

  • Counting and confirming inventory counts

  • Responsible for making sure inventory counts match what is listed in inventory program

  • Examining inbound and outbound shipments and bundles to verify information

  • Assigning and labeling placards to bundles of wood

  • Assists in stacking lumber or moving products as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Lumber experience a plus!
