Inventory Clerk II- 1st Shift

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Ensures that inventories are secure properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel.

• Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.g. raw materials subassemblies finished goods).

• Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.

• Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct .

• Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Requires 1 years of related experience which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training education or certification.

• Requires basic knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain operational procedures systems and tools gained through experience and/or relevant training education or certifications..

• No minimum education requirement.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in SAP

• Strong commitment to quality and a high level of attention to detail

• Confidence to raise concerns and push back when quality issues are identified

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with Vice Presidents and Senior Directors

• Strong English language skills

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
