Inventory Associate

The Inventory Associate supports the Inventory Control Manager in maintaining Inventory accuracy within the warehouse by assisting with cycle counts receiving processes and ensuring production inventory accuracy. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are properly tracked documented and available to support efficient operations.

Monday-Friday

8am-5pm

• Daily Communication

• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Assist with the receiving and verification of incoming materials and products.

• Support inventory accuracy for production materials and finished goods.

• Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Maintain proper documentation and follow inventory control procedures.

• Work closely with warehouse production and management teams to support operational needs.
  

• Basic experience in inventory control warehousing or manufacturing preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Capable to following processes and maintaining organized records

• Basic computer skills (inventory systems or spreadsheets a plus)

• Works well independently and as part of a team
