POSITION SUMMARY
RP SMIL is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join our well-established multi-specialty practice in Scottsdale AZ!
Strong procedural skills and expertise in performing a wide range of interventional procedures. Advanced procedures range from bleeding management to atherectomy kyphoplasty and more
State-of-the-art facilities equipped with the latest technology and advanced imaging capabilities
Majority of work to be in IR (minimum 80%)
No Mammography Nuclear Medicine or MSK responsibility
Shift assignment call responsibility and vacation allotment are all shared equally
Salary plus comprehensive benefit package base salary plus productivity bonuses
Partnership track additional shareholder opportunity with the physician owned SMIL Outpatient Imaging Centers

SMIL is a well-respected radiology practice with 40 years of experience and a focus on collaboration and innovation. Our partnership with the Honor Health System includes 6 hospitals including Level 1 trauma centers and a cancer center. With 16 outpatient imaging centers in the Phoenix area we offer a diverse caseload. unique SMIL Research Institute is an entity through which we perform phase I through IV clinical research in all subspecialty areas. Interested physicians would have the opportunity to gain research literacy as well as participate in sponsored and academic clinical trials.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates will be residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology and Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (recent graduates falling under the new ABR guidelines)
This position is open to both experienced interventional radiologists and fellows completing their training
The salary range for this position is $500000-$600000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience certifications geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary addition to this range Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages which include health & wellness coverage options 401k benefits and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
