Internship Legal Team

We are looking forhighly motivated college students who are eager to learn! All majors are welcome to apply. Interviews and Internships will be held for proficiency in Excel Word and data entry. We require good communication skills the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to learn!

We have flexible hours starting 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday. Internships will be on site at our Headquarters in Erieshistoric Union Station. The program will run from May 2027 to August 2027 and is flexible depending on your school start and end dates.

Internship Summary:
The Legal Team Intern will work closely with our General Counsel. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain direct mentorship from seasoned professionals and valuable exposure to legal operations within a global logistics organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with contract review editing and organization.

• Conducting research on transportation laws labor regulations and international trade compliance.

• Supporting the preparation of documentation related to claims disputes and contract negotiations.

• Updating legal files and ensuring document accuracy within company systems.

• Collaborating with the Legal Team and General Counsel to review current processes and suggest improvements.

• Monitoring and analyzing regulatory updates that impact supply chain and logistics operations.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Pursuing a degree in Pre-Law Legal Studies Business Administration or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Interest in corporate law compliance or the transportation and logistics industry.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
