Ready to launch your career in commercial construction management Winter Construction is seeking motivated students to join our team as Project Engineer Interns/Co-ops. This hands-on opportunity provides real-world experience on active commercial construction projects while working alongside experienced project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in delivering projects safely on time within budget and to high quality standards.
• Review project plans specifications and submittals to ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Track and manage RFIs submittals change orders and other key project documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to help maintain the schedule and resolve field issues.
• Conduct site walks to monitor progress assist with quality control and ensure jobsite safety.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings prepare meeting minutes and support communication between all stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Building Construction Civil Engineering or a related field and have a strong desire to work in Construction Management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear professional communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and learn.
